Our bodies, minds and spirits always try to be in a state of homeo-dynamic healing. This is not a static state of balance, but a never ending process of moving from a state of imbalance to a state of optimal wellness. Often we may need a facilitator to help us recreate this balance when we have come out of balance from either lack of rest, poor diet, or stress. This is what a healing facilitator does.
